The following decisions taken at the meeting of the CoHE Executive Board meeting dated August 2, 2023, will be valid for those who have made the adjustment process as of the date of the decision;

1 - The applications of the candidates who graduated from the Justice Associate Degree Program in Türkiye and enrolled in an undergraduate law program in a higher education institution abroad by adapting the courses/credits taken from a Turkish higher education institution after the date of this decision will be rejected.

2 - The applications of the applicants who enrolled in an undergraduate law program in a higher education institution in T.R.N.C. after the date of this decision by adapting the courses/credits taken from a Justice Associate Degree Program or Undergraduate Law Program in a higher education institution abroad will be rejected.

3 - Among the candidates to which Article 1 and 2 apply, the applications of those who had their foreign language course substituted will continue to be examined within the scope of the current legislation and NQF-HETR acquisitions.​
