Scholarships by Romania
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Romania has officially announced the launch of the scholarship program for international students for the 2026–2027 academic year.
Applications must be submitted by candidates online between 16 February 2026 and 31 March 2026 through the platforms https://studyinromania.gov.ro or https://scholarships.studyinromania.gov.ro. The platform is available in English and French.
Applicants are required to create an account on the system, input the requested information, and upload the necessary documents.
Applications submitted by email or in person to ministries or diplomatic missions will not be considered under any circumstances.
